Chuck The Chicken (Kiwican Game)

We played a game at Kiwican called "Chuck the Chicken," this is my recount on it. I feel as if I have finished this writing, if you think there is something I can do or improve on, please let me know by commenting below, I will really appreciate any feedback...

THUMP!, THUD!, The Masterminds (Our Kiwican Group Name) take a seat, Katie & Nathan introduce a game called Chuck The Chicken, which is a really entertaining game...
When Katie and Nathan introduced the game, they said it was very similar to softball. They also said… You have a rubber chicken (we used a cow) and there are two groups, one group try to catch the chicken and the other group pass it around the circle. Kyra and I were in the same group.

I was so excited to start playing because the name “Chuck the Chicken” really fascinated me, also because it sounded like a super super amusing game...

My group started off passing the chicken... I nearly had to chuck the chicken when I really didn’t want to, whenever the cow got near me I panicked like CRAZY... I always just threw it out of my hands to the next person who was Natalia. She ended up throwing the chicken first. I felt so lucky since it wasn’t me.

I really enjoyed passing the chicken because I didn’t have to actually pass it and also because there were some mistakes. One mistake was that Natalia forgot she had to run as soon as she had Chucked the Chicken. Now let’s put all that drama behind us and get on with… Fielding!

It is now our turn to… Catch the Chicken, Kyra said “I am so gonna get this,” she did once but then someone took it off her. It was kinda easy being the fielders because, you didn’t have to do as much as you would if you were passing the chicken. I kept trying to do something like, Catch the Chicken BUT… I never got the chance to Chuck the Chicken or even catch it.

Chuck the Chicken was a super fun and exciting game. One thing that was super weird was the fact that we used a cow instead of a chicken, and that the cow made a pig sound! The first feeling that I felt when we started playing the game was “Please don’t make me have to Chuck the Chicken.”
