Uru Manuka Cultural Festival Performance!

On Wednesday the 16th of November the South Hornby school kapahaka had the pleasure of performing at the Aurora Center for the Uru Manuka Cultural festival. All of our parents were really proud of that and I know that because who wouldn't be proud of us? We are South Hornby School students! The songs we performed were practiced to complete perfection, those songs were Purerehua, E Te Atua, Tahupotiki, Nga Iwi E & E Papa. We were awesome and we all got given many, many compliments on how great we were. By the time we were changed we had to go back out on stage to perform Pa Mai with other schools. I really enjoyed the night cause it was great being on a stage where everyone could see you. Have you ever performed on stage?
