Poseidon
Poseidon is a Greek God. He is the God of the Sea, Earthquakes and Horses. He was known officially as one of the supreme gods of Mount Olympus but he had spent the most of his time in his watery domain. Poseidon was a brother to Zeus and Hades. Poseidon is the son of Cronus and Rhea.
Zeus
Zeus was the king of the Greek Gods on Mount Olympus. He is the god of Sky and Thunder. He is the brother obviously to Poseidon as well as Hades (God of the Underworld/Death). Zeus is the child of Cronus and Rhea, he is the youngest out of his siblings although sometimes reckoned to be the oldest from the disgorging of from Cronus's stomach.
Artemis
Artemis is the Greek Goddess of hunt, forest, the hills, the moon as well as archery all together. She is one of the most respected out of all of the ancient Greek deities. She is the daughter of the king Zeus and Zeus's side chick Leto. Artemis is a twin sister to her brother Apollo who is god of archery, music and dance, truth and prophecy, healing and diseases, the sun and light, poetry, and more. Like all the Greek Olympic gods, Artemis was immortal and very powerful. Her special powers included perfect aim with the bow and arrow, the ability to turn herself and others into animals, healing, disease, and control of nature. Artemis is my personal favourite because she just has amazing powers and in some ways I can relate to her.

ReplyDeleteGreat start.. I'd love to see some pictures in your post too. I am wondering what you think they might look like. Mind you, rather than grab images from the internet, do you think you could daw an image for one of the Gods? Or .. could you find some music that might create the 'feel' of one of these =Gods?
