should New Zealand bring back the death penalty? i honestly think they should but also they shouldn't so i'm tight in the middle. i think they should because serial killers should be punished with losing their life after taking so many but then i think that they should just be horrifically punished. for example with the guy who shot up all the mosques i think he should go to jail then be put in a room with a whole bunch of Muslims and let them beat him up till he can't stand then take him back, let him recover and do it again the next day. for serial killers though or for some of the worlds worst possible murders i think the death penalty should be legal for :)
