My Calendar Art
At school for the last couple of weeks of the term we have been doing Calendar Art.
How I did it
First I drew the tree branches in pencil then I went over it in vivid. The next thing that I did was put pastels on the edges up against the vivid and smudged it into each other just by using my thumb and some other fingers. I learnt how other colors compliment each other. Those colors were Red and Pink, Green and Orange and Skin Color and pink.
What else I learnt
- I learnt that smudging is really good for creations
- I learnt that to smudge pastels you really have to work it in
- I learnt that if you smudge colors it will turn out good for the rest of your creation
