Because of corona-virus cases rising in New Zealand lately, our teacher in textiles thought it would be fun to make our own masks. We started with choosing our back and front fabrics and cutting out the shapes of them, from there we placed them in a particular order then started pinning and stitching. At first it was just a rectangle thing that looked so ugly then I got told we were folding some of the bits in and that definitely looked way better. I had a lot of fun making them and it was a lot easier then I thought it would be. I didn't get a photo of my one personally but I did get a photo of one.
