What is Hamilton about? Hamilton is a musical based around the American Founding Father Alexander Hamilton and his ascent out of poverty and war.
What is the style of the show? Hip-hop, R&B, pop and traditional show tunes and it casts non-white actors as the founding fathers.
Name a character you like - I loved the king because of the way he was singing as well as rapping and because I know the guy that plays him from other musicals.
What did you think? I actually liked it more then I thought I would and I was so surprised when the guy who played Alexander Hamilton knew all his words so well and spoke them so clearly.
I would definitely recommend watching the 2 hour long musical!
