For the past couple of periods we have starting cutting out our materials. I chose to do a button material and Miss Laycock helped me because I had to make sure I chose a bit of a thicker fabric so my skirt wouldn't rip easily. There was a wide variety of materials to choose from but I liked the vibe of the button skirt, it reminded me a bit like Coraline. Now the next thing for me to do is cut out the rest of my fabric then start sewing and putting it together.
